Cat's Eye Red is a beautiful red granite that provides good contrast for any desired technique. That being said, Polished Outline, Shadow and Frosted Outline are good choices for surname lettering. Sunken lettering in frosted panels will also work well for surnames. Individual names can be done in Polished Outline, Frosted Outline or sunken in a frosted panel.
